This week i decided to go to to museums, galleries to get as much information as possible for my projects.
I went to Saachi gallery, and found very interesting projects there. The one i liked most was the work 20:50 site specific oil installation by Richard Wilson.
I also went to science museum where i found a lot information about materials. This was helpful especially with my last project.

The original brief of the materials house was to create an object containing the greatest variety of materials possible. Approach was to get away from the idea of small pieces of each material stuck on a prefabricated house. Instead the concept was to create the worlds largest composite sandwich of materials.

This week i flew back to my country, which is Azerbaijan, Baku. I flew there because we had a family event. While i was there i went to part called Sumgait where they built high quality Sumgait Technology Park(STP). It was interesting to see the work process in a huge area, and how they will use land. One of the main thing that drew my attention was a fence. First they built a brick fence which costed a lot of money. It was not a good idea because the area is huge. After they decided to remove brick fence and to build the one from light materials and more aesthetically pleasing. We can see them on pictures below.
It was quite useful to spend time there and see how they use the landscape.

- This week i decided to go to Heathrow airport, to see Airplot land. This is a peace of land where we need to design something that will help from expansion of the Airoprt runways.
I decided to make area greener because at the moment it has small trees and few old ones.

This week i decided to go to the area of Kings cross to know more about the area because it was one of our projects. I needed to choose site for making changes there, to make it more usable. A lot of construction was in that area. I found it interesting to see how one part of it differs from the other.
Also on that week we had a walk around London with a group of students. It was a nice day and we could visit many places.

For my first focus week i went to V&A. I found very useful information there. I saw different architecture of diferent periods. It was useful to see how elments, texture were changing from country to country and from time to time.
For example in Italian architecture i saw an example of small house where people used to live long ago. Structure had narrow pasageways, steep stariscases and changes in surface level.
When i was there i also went to room with and exhibition called DIGICODE. It was nice to see how by movement, colors on a screen and other things change. For example by the movement of body or body parts colors change on direction they move.
